Development of Socially Oriented Non-Profit Organizations’ Transparency in Russian Federation

The qualification work on the theme "Development of openness of socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation" is devoted to the development of a set of recommendations to improve state policy in the field of support and regulation of socially-oriented non-profit organizations, in particular, to increase the transparency of NPOs and intersectional relations. In the course of work the sites of 80 private and corporate charitable funds were analyzed, the information availability ratio was calculated, the rating of funds by level of openness was calculated. The analysis of the relationship of openness from revenues in the funds was carried out. An expert interview on the subject was also conducted as part of the work. Based on the results obtained, conclusions were drawn about the shortcomings of existing state measures and recommendations were made to improve the set of these measures.
