Economic Cooperation Between Russia and China: Condition and Prospects of Strategic Development (on the Example of Trading House "Micrometan" LLC)

Nowadays, the problem of economic cooperation between Russia and China is one of the pressing global topics. Construction of relations between potential partners from different countries, features of the business culture, the current geopolitical situation. All this aspects determine the difficulties that arise in building strategic alliances between organizations. The purpose of the work is to write strategic recommendations for creating business relations between companies with potential partners from different countries to give Trading House “Miсrometan” implement the new MagaPascal project. In this work two research methods were used. Theoretical, namely, an analysis of the literature on the problem of international partnership between the Russian Federation and China in business; and practical (PESTLE-analysis, analysis of market indicators, analysis of Porter’s five forces, map-analysis of strategic group, analysis of Boston and product-market matrices, SNW-analysis, analysis of stakeholders and SWOT-analysis). As a result, three key scenarios will be written, and a simplified version of the roadmap with actions for implementing the “MegaPascal” project will be presented thus the company will strengthen its position in the Russian market of air mini-compressors and further increase sales by expanding the range. Research structure: final qualification work contains an introduction, 2 chapters, including 6 subsections, which address the research objectives; conclusion, list of references and sources, application.
