In this paper, we study the concept of employee satisfaction and the set of determinants that determine it in the hospitality industry. The work analyzes the overall satisfaction of staff using interviews with HR managers and interviewing employees who have worked or are currently working in this area. By constructing a regression model, a number of determinants were identified that have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction with the work of hotel and tourism employees. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were made to increase staff satisfaction. The results of this work can be useful to management and HR managers in building a management system (including incentive system) for staff in hospitality industry organizations.
