This paper describes the various consequences that have arisen on the real estate market and in the transport system in Moscow after the opening of the several metro stations in 2016-2019, describes methods for the development of urban space and various functional areas based on transport hubs, provides an overview of existing methods for assessing the effectiveness of investments in transportation projects and recommendations are given on changing the analytical model used by the Moscow Government.
