Competencies of Project Managers: The Impact of Creativity Competencies on Successful Completion of Projects

This dissertatiion is devoted to the research of project managers ' competencies particularly of the competence of creativity. At present, it is more and more often spoken about the need to possess soft skills equally with technical competencies. In this article I research the need of creativity competence for project managers, depending on the final boundaries in the description of the final result. According to the results of the study, project managers use competence of creativity is often regardless of the boundaries in the final result of projects, and almost the vast majority responded that their work is creative. Based on the obtained research data and existing methods, this dissertation presents recommendations for the development of creativity competence for project managers and ways to implement creative methods in project management.
