Management of Consumer Experience in a Transition of the Startup to a Platform Business

Today, the e-commerce market is an integral part of the economy of any developed or developing country. One of the key players in the e-commerce market is increasingly a platform business. As part of this work, the experience of a company that is in the transition phase from a startup to a full-fledged platform business model will be considered. In the context of this transition, one of the key tasks of the company will be investigated - providing value to consumers. When studying the scientific literature, startup management models, features of the platform business, as well as various models of consumer experience management were considered. And the results of the analysis of consumer experience, contributed to the development of recommendations for overcoming the barriers that exist for various segments of the platform users.
