Application of Flexible Methodologies in Project Management for the Implementation of Information Systems

This work is devoted to the description of the competencies of project managers using flexible methodologies in their activities. The results of the analysis show that the set of competencies for the Project Manager in traditional and flexible methodologies is quite different. The paper presents recommendations for the development of behavioral competencies.
