This study is aimed to investigate plastic pollution which is one of the main environmental problems of our time. According to some researches, FMCG companies are the biggest contributors to the global plastic pollution problem. Most FMCG companies apply the circular economy and sustainability development principles. These concepts help to reduce disposable plastic. To determine the relevance of the study, a literature review about the circular economy, sustainable development and plastic have been conducted. As part of a research question, this work identifies the most popular practices to reduce plastic usage by FMCG producers using content analysis method. The method uses official non-profit corporate social responsibility reports of all companies as data. Factor and cluster analysis are also used to analyse practices.
