Administrative and Legal Mechanisms to Combat Corruption in the Public Service System

In the qraduation work, administrative and legal mechanisms to combat corruption in the public service system were investigated. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, including six paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic is revealed, the goals and objectives of the study are formed, its object and subject are indicated. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the fight against corruption in the Russian Federation, the concept of corruption, its types and causes of corruption offenses are disclosed, as well as the types of legal responsibility of public servants and measures taken by the state to combat corruption. The second chapter examines the ongoing administrative reform, the experience of foreign countries, identifies new and adds existing administrative and legal measures that can be applied in the fight against corruption. The conclusion aimed at the need to improve anti-corruption legislation.
