Company Operations System as a Tool for Strategy Implementation

The aim of this paper is to analyze the company operating system of OOO «Gubakhinskaya Pivovarnya» Russia to establish a correspondence between the operating system of the company and its current strategy. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to research folllowingt tasks: 1. To analyze the general concepts that allows to learn what the company operating system is and what the tools that allow to analyze it; 2. To consider models that are specific for establishing a connection between the operating system and the strategy. 3. To choose a research design for the company, which is based on the analysis of the operating system. In conclusion there will be possible to establish the degree of compliance of operating with its strategy and to develop proposals that leads to the operating system improvements of the company.
