Today international cooperation has developed quite seriously. Transport and logistics processes have reached a brand new level due to the development of trade between countries and continents, as well as the expansion of the legal and economic standards. Import and export of goods is carried out by all means of transport, which leads to the improvement of the logistics infrastructure and vehicles for the delivery of goods. The relevance of the topic chosen for analysis is determined by widespread development of transport shipments and the variety of companies and organizations offering delivery services to various countries. The text of this paper considers existing rules and measures for the organization of international transportation. In addition, an up-to-date analysis of transport infrastructure and information technologies in transport is presented. In the calculation part of the paper, the delivery route problem (from Russia to Italy) was solved. Synergy options for various modes of transport are considered, and the cost and time costs of the resulting cargo delivery routes are calculated. In the end, the analysis of the results and recommendations on compiling combinations of modes of transport for transportation to different countries are presented. When writing this work, a method for finding the shortest route, the use of network schedules when planning cargo delivery, the single and multi-criteria task of choosing a logistics service provider, a comparative analysis of software and various analytical information products in the information technology market were described.
