Improving the Distribution System of a Trading Company Using the Example of LLC «Iul’»

Final qualifying work is devoted to optimization of the distribution system of LLC «Iul’». The relevance of this work lies in the fact that many companies continue to consider different areas of logistics separately from each other, sometimes without resorting to distribution logistics. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the distribution system of the «Imperiya Sumok» trademark owned by LLC «Iul’». The object of research is the distribution system of the Imperiya Sumok» trademark. The subject of the study are methods for improving the distribution system of the enterprise. This final qualification work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of sources used. The introduction outlines the problem of distribution logistics, the relevance of the chosen topic, the purpose of the work, subject and object of study. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of distribution logistics. In the second chapter, an analysis is made of the company «Imperiya Sumok». The third chapter searches for the location of new distribution centers and calculates the effectiveness of their opening, as well as calculates the costs of organizing the delivery of goods from the online store. In conclusion, the results of the thesis are presented. After fulfilling all the recommendations, the «Imperiya Sumok» company will be able to save up to 10.5 million rubles a year on the transportation of goods.
