Improving the Process of Mass Secruitment in Rostelecom

Recruiting is one of the most important processes in every company. If recruitment system has serious mistakes, company will incur significant expenses. Nowadays there are a lot of different ways for searching people where each of them works in certain circumstances and on certain categories of citizens. Also, there are several factors which can influence recruiting system. They need to be taken into consideration in order to stay competitive in the market. This work presents the study of mass recruitment in Rostelecom compared to different companies’ experience. Some strengths and weaknesses will be found as well as different recommendations will be presented in order to improve the process of mass recruitment in this company.
