Distribution Network Design and Analysis of the Influence of its Parameters on the Functioning of the Company

Supply chain management is considered as a vital part of every enterprise at modern market segment nowadays. As for Russia, the market rules here has special aspects and issues that have to be mentioned and solved. Development of distribution systems leads to changes in whole supply chain. This paper aims simulation modelling as the most effective and efficient approach to design and spread distribution channels. Before the material flow it’s a several criteria that may vary and influence on assembled network in different way. Simulation model that based on real company will be adapted and re-designed in optimal approach by changing several criteria. The main tool of simulation process is «AnyLogic » program. The datasets for simulation process are formed from current and past experience of company. As a result, it provides some implementation guidelines and a conclusion of economy showings. Finally, the effectiveness of this method will be represented in particular and up-to-date distribution model. Acknowledging this method and applying may affect the Russian distribution system design in general positive way.
