Banking Supervision in the Russian Federation

The research is focused on studying banking supervision in the Russian Federation. The development and implementation of new tools in the banking supervision system influenced the emergence of some organizational and legal problems. Such problems as an insufficient legal support, tightening of banking supervision and determining the priorities of supervisory activities reflect the relevance of the study. The paper represents a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of banking supervision, identifying problems in this area.
