Metodology for the Investigation of Drug Trafficing Crimes

The study examines the methods of distribution of narcotic, as well as the algorithm for their sale. A set of typical investigative actions in the investigation of crimes related to illicit drug trafficking is analyzed and presented. Gaps in legislation, classic shortcomings in practice are identified and ways to solve these problems are proposed.
