Improving the Efficiency of the Company’s Warehouse Infrastructure

Topic: “Improving the efficiency of the company's warehouse infrastructure” The volume of graduation qualification work is 93 pages, on which 43 pictures and 19 tables are placed. While writing the diploma, were used 50 sources including both foreign and Russian . The object of the research is the warehouse infrastructure of Baltika Brewing LLC. The subject of the diploma is methods for increasing the efficiency of warehouse infrastructure. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, sets the goals and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the study, and the methods used, and reveals the structure of the work. The first chapter presents the theoretical justification of the logistics infrastructure, distribution and warehouse logistics, discloses technologies for optimizing warehouse activities. The conclusion of this chapter summarizes the study of theoretical material and determines the methods that will be applied in the practical part. The second chapter provides a detailed description of Baltika Brewing LLC. The main goals and objectives of the company are considered, its strategy and market position are also demonstrated. In this chapter, the strengths and weaknesses of the company are revealed using SWOT and PEST analyzes. A comparative analysis of the applied logistics technologies and an assessment of its logistics activities in general is carried out, the dis, the solution of which will improve the efficiency of the warehouse infrastructure. In the practical part of the diploma, a project is being implemented to optimize the warehouse infrastructure by organizing a change in the location of the warehouse. In this chapter, the methods that were demonstrated in the first part of the research are applied, a general result is summarized, and the effectiveness of this project is evaluated. The conclusion is devoted to the main results, the relevance of the work is emphasized, and the practical results of this project are also demonstrated.
