This work represents the development of a marketing plan for LLC Tver Sewing Factory Savva Morozov. In the process of this work, the characteristics of the Savva Morozov factory and a description of its development direction, a competitive analysis by Porter of the clothing market for fishermen and hunters in Nizhny Novgorod, a SWOT analysis of competitors in the clothing market for fishermen and hunters in Nizhny Novgorod were examined , a study of consumers of clothing for hunters and fishermen, a description of the target segment of the products of the clothing factory “Savva Morozov”, and a marketing mix for the factory was developed.
