The fundamental development trend of the world the metallurgical sector is the creation of a global M&A market. Despite the fact that it was initially formed in the US industry, the market M&A has expanded and at the present stage it covers various world powers. Maintaining and strengthening the achieved competitive advantages in the the metallurgical industry is capable of those organizations whose management which constantly develops effective corporate strategies, taking care of the growth of the financial result, they may not correspond to the actual economic potential of the Corporation on the now. When its internal reserves are almost exhausted, an important condition for ensuring a continuous updating life cycle the development of the metallurgical production cycle becomes cross-border M&A transactions.
