The dissertation analyzes and systematizes the theoretical and legal approaches to good faith, as one of the main principles of civil law, and also analyzes various aspects of the manifestation of the principle of good faith in the context of corporate legal relations. Separately, the objective and subjective meaning of the concept of good faith is distinguished. Good faith is seen as a requirement for the activities of members of governing bodies of corporate organizations and for the activities of corporate participants. The dissertation proposed criteria of good faith for these individuals.
