Analysis of the Pharmacological and Medical Factors Predicting Drug Safety

This paper examines the influence of a number of factors on the safety of pharmacological drugs in terms of predictability of their effect. Ticagrelor, a drug for thrombosis, was chosen as the study drug. The study examines the effect of genetic, laboratory and physiological indicators of patients who took this drug. The study includes preliminary data processing and cluster analysis. After that, to confirm the hypotheses put forward and predict the effect of the drug in patients.
