Relevance of work іs due to the low level of development of information provision management of enterprises, which was formed under the influence of insufficient use of information resources and technologies at enterprises. The need to solve the problems identified requires the development of a mechanism for the development of tools for information provision management of the enterprise. The author's contribution consists in exploring the features of information provision of the enterprise, developing an effective mechanism and organizing practical recommendations for the development of tools for managing the information provision of the enterprise. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for the development of tools to manage the information provision of the enterprise through the organization of electronic document management.
