Development Strategy for the "Pirogovsky" Medical Center

The aim of this work is to create an action plan for the development strategy of the Pirogovsky Medical Center. The first part of the work deals with the essence of strategic planning as the basis for the development of the organization, types of strategies and strategic analysis tools. The analysis of scientific articles and works of domestic and foreign authors of corresponding thematic orientation was used for studying theoretical questions. In the second part the research of the medical center "Pirogovskiy" was carried out with the help of strategic analysis tools with the use of open sources, internal documentation of the company and expert assessments, and a number of informal interviews with representatives of the top management of the company. Based on the analysis, a strategy was selected and an action plan for its implementation developed. The practical importance of the work lies in the fact that the developed measures for strategy implementation can be approved by the company's management and implemented in order to ensure stable growth and a strong leading position in the market.
