In nowadays, IT technology has made a huge leap in development, which, has impact to a various area of a human life. Progress has not missed supply chain management. Modern technology and increase of a computing power become a reason why you can analyze the efficiency of the logistics system and quickly influence it, using various methods competently. One of these is methods is modeling. During the search for sources for their subsequent analysis, I was faced with an acute shortage of resources on this topic, which undoubtedly increases the theoretical value of this work, especially considering the fact, that several literary sources and articles were found contained polar opinions on some issues. Experience of researchers from different industries was used to create a new advanced model of the supply chain. Created model were used to increase effectivity of the supply system of the retailer company and increase the income up to 100 percent. This suggests, that looking for more successful supply systems and using their experience and adapting them to another one, can increase the effectivity of the system.
