Summury at the final qualifying work Topic: knowledge Management as a way to increase the company's innovative potential The final qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, and a list of used literature. The introduction provides information about the relevance of the topic, defines the purpose, objectives, subject and object of research, and identifies the methods used. The first Chapter defines the value of innovation potential and its role in the company's activities, defines the educational potential and its components, analyzes the method of evaluating innovation potential, defines knowledge management and identifies problematic areas for using knowledge management practices. The second Chapter is entirely devoted to the practical part of the work. It formulated the SMART, analyzed those interested in changes, analyzed the company's innovation potential, identified and implemented measures to increase the company's innovation potential, and analyzed changes in the company's innovation potential after the events. In conclusion, the conclusions on the implementation of tasks and achieved results are formulated. The total volume of work is 52 pages. The paper presents 1 illustration and 5 tables. The volume of the list of references: 60 sources.
