The dissertation is devoted to the study of the status of executive immunity in the bankruptcy of individuals. In the dissertation, the author explores the legislative regulation of executive immunity, the procedural features of the consideration of such cases, as well as the grounds for refusing a citizen to apply executive immunity in relation to the only dwelling suitable for permanent residence as part of the bankruptcy procedure.
