Damages for Lost Profit: Theory and Practice

The final qualification work is aimed at systematization of knowledge in the procedure of lost profit recovery. In this work, attempts are made to propose relevant provisions borrowed from the experience of law enforcement practice in European countries. These provisions may help to fill the existing gaps in the law in the procedure of proving and calculating this type of loss.
