Procedural Role of a Lawyer in Civil Proceedings

This paper is devoted to the study of the role of counsel as a representative in civil proceedings and presents a comprehensive legal analysis of this role and of the legislative processes governing this kind of representative. On the basis of the research published over the last 30 years on the topic "The procedural role of the lawyer in civil proceedings", an analysis was made of the points of contention concerning current issues in civil proceedings and problems in the area of the authorization of the lawyer, as well as in the area of the demand of evidence by counsel in civil proceedings.
