«Repeatability» in the Current Criminal Legislation of Russia

This paper studies the evolution and problems of regulation and application of the repeatability in the Russian Criminal Legislation. Our results based on latest research and treatise, which were written by reputable lawyers and scientists document that the concept of repeatability was reduced the concept of repeatability of crimes disappeared. Compared to the previous Criminal Code 1960 the role of the repeatability has been drastically reduced. Repeatability was replaced by the resembling concepts in some sections in the current Criminal Code and that lead to the confusion in legislation.
