Nowadays, processing significant amounts of data and storing thousands of records and documents is an essential part of educational and professional fields. It is hard to imagine that such activities would be conducted without using a special software or service. However, necessary software does not always exist, and thus people have to use inconvenient workarounds. Such an issue occurred at the Faculty of Computer Science, decreasing the overall performance of the Work Organization of the Center of Practice and Project Work. This paper proposes a solution to this problem in the form of a web-application designed specifically to fulfil organisations’s needs, as well as describes technologies and methods used to develop the server part of the application.
