The essence of strategic management is determined in the work, the types and levels of company strategies are studied, the influence of corporate culture on the activities of companies is determined and the types of corporate culture are considered, and the relationship between certain strategies and types of corporate culture is determined. in the practical part of the work, a general characteristic of the company under study is given, a set of analyzes of the internal and external environment of the organization is carried out, the company's strategy is determined, an empirical study of the organizational culture is conducted to determine whether the organizational culture matches the company's strategy, the results are analyzed and recommendations are given.
