Learning to fly a sport kite can present difficulties for beginners when they try to understand the basic principles of flying a sport kite on their own. One of the possible solutions to this problem is the creation of a sport kite simulator. Unfortunately, existing solutions, that can be used while learning to fly a sport kite, either do not allow users to control the kite or are available to a small number of users. The goal of this work is the creation of the sport kite simulator for a browser. In this work approaches to the modelling of the sport kite based on the Lagrangian mechanics are considered and the implementation of the developed program is described.
