The study is based on the students of TROIKA program who already graduated. The study is based on the quantitative approach which included statistical analysis to measure the relationship between the variables. The study explored the factors which were involved and had major impact on students’ careers. Study aspects like foreign language experience, semester abroad experience and mandatory internships practices had major impact in making students’ careers successful in outcomes of global business education.
