Research the possibilities of chatbot technologies as a necessary tool for automation of external communication processes

The paper is written on 165 sheets of typewritten text and consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used literature, electronic sources, applications. The introduction describes the relevance of the work, literature analysis, its purpose and objectives of the study, the novelty of the study. The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to general market analysis, technology review. The second chapter analyzes the main factors that can be taken as positively or negatively affecting the moment of introduction of chatbot technology as an external communication tool. A basic model is provided based on other scientific works of some authors, a qualitative study is conducted. The third chapter of the thesis is devoted to development prospects. The main directions of improving the technology model for companies were outlined. The basic model is adjusted, recommendations are given to modern companies.
