The master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive interdisciplinary study of the construction process of the Russian Orthodox Church for religious purposes. The article considers the canonical and legal aspects of legal regulation of the construction of religious objects of the Russian Orthodox Church. The features of the Church building process determined by Canon law are discussed. The author offers flowcharts of the stages of preparation for construction and approval of project documentation, as well as a number of recommendations for optimizing construction. The study is conducted in such a way so that the results of the work (tables, lists, diagrams), can be used as a guide for participants in the construction process in order to increase the level of professional knowledge and relevant skills.
