A case of a franchise company was studied experiencing scale growth crisis in 2016-2017. Psychodynamic aspects were established between normative primary task and organization's ideal; as well as between transformation on normative primary task into existential while ideal conflicting reality as well as of consequent struggle upon it; finally between transformation of existential task into a phenomenal task and group experience of organizational totalitarizm leaving no space for individual psyche in company context. Thus psychodynamic aspects were established impacting primary task transformation process as well as organizational change influence.
