Perception of Vaccination Risks by Vaccine-refusing Parents

The study is devoted to the attitudes toward vaccination and beliefs about it shared by parents who reject vaccination. Meanwhile the research includes interviews not only with parents who reject vaccination but also with those who accept; who rejected it previously and afterwards accepted or on the contrary. Thus, we can broaden the field and study attitudes from different groups of parents. The following research is significant as anti-vaccination was named as one of 10 main threats to public health in 2019 according World Health Organization.1 Meanwhile a lot of researchers studied medical side of vaccination, the resent reasons for rejection are not clearly presented in the scientific field in Russia. By collecting the data both before and after Covid19 pandemics, it lets measure changes in attitudes toward vaccination as the pandemic might affect attitudes in various ways. Will parents vaccinate their children more or less afterwards? So, the following research focuses on the discourse held around vaccine up taking and rejecting.
