Year of Graduation: 2020

The goal of this study is identification of factors that can affect employees involvement in innovative activity. Based on theory, three groups of factors that potentially affect employees involvement in innovative activity are identified: individual, work-related and organization-related factors. The main source of data is the monitoring of the innovative behavior of the population of ISSEK. The analysis is carried out in quantitative design: the method of binary logistic regression is applied. It is revealed that (1) previous experience in creating innovations and (2) whether an employee has the opportunity to freely express ideas have a positive impact on innovative activity.
