The cycle of short stories "Give me a room!" collected the stories of people in continuous motion. Technological progress annually changes human ideas about the life and opportunities that it conceals. The number of daredevils who expand the range of search is steadily growing. Some change the provincial city to the capital, others settle in virtual reality, and the most courageous go to another country. But why do they need all this? In the colonial era Asian countries were a source of resources - natural and human. Europeans looked down on the dark-skinned savages and forcibly tried to instill in them alien values. In some ways, they have succeeded, but the East will forever remain different - subtle and non-obvious. Today, many foreigners come to Asia without a hint of imperial ambitions. Wanderers are attracted by the unique opportunity to view the course of life from a different angle. Someone finds the desired in the most unexpected place, and some just do not know how to be satisfied. But foe sure the search for personal happiness will never end. What room is it hiding in?
