Despite the development of executive-coaching in global context, it still remains unclear for Russian companies, especially when it comes to psychoanalytical approach. In this work we make an attempt to define a universal model of psychoanalytical top-teams coaching. This kind of coaching model could not only strengthen the process of training and development in organizations, due to the method recognition in the business world, but it also could achieve long-term results in coaching work. In present study we have explored how international and Russian experts define the universal coaching model; analyzed INSEAD, ESMT and Tavistock coaching models and how they work with top-teams; investigated the difference between psychoanalytical coaching and psychoanalytical therapy. As a result, we have defined the key methodological aspects that are essential for effective coaching with top-teams and described psychoanalytical coaching model.
