Development of a Duplicate Analizer for a Cloud Video Archive

In modern world, multimedia technologies have become popular in Youtube, Twitch, TikTok and Instagram blogging. Duplicate video detection is an acute problem not only for those platforms, but also for the scientists. The next step is finding copies of videos, which are a pair of similar videos that are not exact duplicates. In this project, we will mix existing methods to determine the duplicate videos. Our paper is the cloud space suggestion of new approach for the Internet users. We have provided extensive experimental results with an archive in Google Drive with REST API and Database.
