Development of Stand for Estimating the Dependability Reserved Radioelectronic Devices

This paper solves the problem of increasing credibility and accuracy in predicting the reliability of radio-electronic devices (RED) by simulation modeling. The review and analysis of existing solutions is carried out. Their shortcomings were revealed. The description of the developed during work VI-module based on FPGA, which allows to evaluate the reliability characteristics of REU with an accuracy of 7 decimal places, is given. Also, the developed VI-module has high reliability due to the use of a random number generator with a repetition period of up to 2^64 -1 in the form of a hardware-software implementation based on FPGA. The work is done in the volume of 56 sheets. The number of illustrations used in the text is 39. Number of tables is 2.
