The Effect of Foreign Managers on Russian Companies' Performance

I investigate the effect of the presence of foreign managers in the top management team of Russian public companies on their financial performance using the data from 1997 to 2019 on 102 companies from traded on different exchanges. I found that companies with foreigners in the team actually deliver lower financial results measured by Tobin's Q.
