Since the mid-20th century, the active development of genetics has opened up new areas in medicine, such as medical genetics, molecular surgery, personal genomics and pharmacogenetics. At the moment, the development of technology in these areas provides opportunities for the development and launch of new health products and services on the market. The demand for these technologies in the domestic health care market in Russia is primarily due to the low level of development of domestic health care. Also, the creation of new goods and services provides opportunities to increase competitiveness in the field of healthcare, both in the domestic market and in the external one. According to forecasts, for the next 5-10 years, the genomic research market is the most promising in the field of healthcare, and therefore the most funded, both abroad and in Russia. Currently, in the United States and Great Britain, genomic research is being successfully introduced into clinical practice, which creates potential for the development of genomic medicine. This direction provides opportunities for the evolutionary rather than revolutionary transformation of the healthcare field, which allows us to solve many problems of modern healthcare and satisfy the needs of consumers of medical services. However, to implement the direction of genomic medicine in connection with its formation due to the introduction of breakthrough technologies, an understanding of the needs and capabilities of all parties involved is required. Weak interaction between stakeholders in genomic medicine can slow down its implementation and therefore contribute to the misuse of financial resources. On the contrary, understanding the interests of the parties involved will help consolidate efforts and achieve high indicators both in the socially significant development of healthcare and in increasing financial indicators for each participant in the interaction. Therefore, for the rapid, focused and high-quality development of new generation medicine, the formation and development of infrastructure is necessary. To do this, it is necessary to identify all the parties involved, tools for their interaction and to offer opportunities for interaction between them to form the infrastructure of genomic medicine. This will help to avoid mistakes and unnecessary financial costs on the part of the parties involved in the genomic medicine direction and future players in the market of medical goods and services.
