This work is devoted to the problem of remote scanning of space. A new software and hardware unit multi-purpose three-dimensional scanner has been developed. The following tasks were solved in the work: a review and comparative analysis of existing solutions is carried out, requirements for the device are formed; selected component base of the device; developed three-dimensional model of the device; the application architecture has been described; a working prototype of the device has been developed; all components are connected to the device and the possibilities of working with them are tested; algorithms for combining data to obtain a three-dimensional point cloud are implemented. A series of experiments was also carried out, confirming the fulfillment of the technical task: the device was tested for the possibility of using it to recognize people on the scan results; the device has been tested for accuracy; the device has been tested for the possibility of use for recognition of contrast images on a cloud of points. The volume of work is 53 pages, with annexes - 64. The work contains 2 tables, 24 figures, 41 references are used. The listings of programs are contained in the annexes.
