This paper investigates the influence of the city ecology on the spread of influenza in it. The research of one city -Moscow. The ecology of the city determined by four factors; their values are calculated for 11 districts of the capital. The epidemic situation determined by five parameters. In the process of work, the methods of statistical analysis in this type of study were used: to establish linear relationships, correlations were calculated, and for nonlinear ones, regressions. A multivariate linear regression model was constructed to identify the most significant environmental factors. The study conducted in MS Excel using additional libraries for data analysis. The results of the work could be useful for doctors, who conduct preventive measures, as well as to urbanists for designing new areas, so they would be safer in terms of the spread of diseases.
