This research focuses on the study of recruitment process of teachers in hospital educational organizations, on the example of “UchimZnaem” via effective modern recruiting methods in the educational market. High-quality education and training is a key factor for a person to achieve success; accordingly, the selection of qualified teachers is a crucial step for any institution. The study identified the main problems in Russian education, and put forward proposals for their solution.
