Today there are a huge number of different digital products. Each product has its own specific functionality, which must meet someone's needs. At a time when more and more teams are moving online, an important aspect is the quality design of services that help company employees work from a distance. This work is devoted to the design of products for project management. Two goals were set in the work – to make an analysis of the market of tools that are designed for project management, and also to apply the design thinking technique to implement a real application. The process of working on a real product using the design thinking technique was demonstrated. As a result, a prototype application was designed and described. The work shows that the interface plays a huge role in creating a product – in this case, a product designed to manage projects in a team.
