Decision Making for Robotic Process Automation in IT Company

To adapt to a rapidly changing world, it is essential to modify business processes to relieve employees from repetitive and tedious tasks. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an emerging approach that automates repetitive human tasks using robots. Implementing RPA represents a challenge and organizations must learn to manage RPA adoption to achieve maximum results. There is a need in RPA methodologies for accessing processes in IT companies and making decision easier. As one of results of conducted research, bottlenecks of RPA implementation in IT companies were identified. Based on company goals, existing recommendations, and RPA implementation costs the framework was developed and applied to company business processes with following recommendations.
