Business Process Analysis and Optimization Using Lean Management

The thesis of this graduation work is “Business Process Analysis and Optimization Using Lean Management”. In the framework`s of this final qualification work the patterns of using the Lean Management and Lean production concept were discovered, also the main errors and losses were considered in the field of personnel development in the organization, and solutions were proposed in this area. The task of this work is study and clarifying the theoretical foundations of the concept, ideas and principles of Lean management, types of business process optimization, research Russian and foreign experience in the use of lean production to optimize their work, identify problems in the process of staff development and training, also developing of practical recommendations for improving the process of employee development. The graduation work consists of introduction, theoretical part with review on the number of issues about Lean management and business-process optimization, practical part with economic characteristics of chosen organization, description and analysis of the business-process of employee development, optimization of the business-process using Lean-methods and Lean-instruments, calculation of economic efficiency of the proposed activities and reference list.
